In this role, you'll focus on analyzing and developing Medicare Bid proposals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing data-driven insights that will help shape key decisions.

As a Senior Actuarial Analyst, your expertise will be essential in optimizing our Medicare offerings and strengthening our competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and develop Medicare Bid proposals, ensuring all aspects are accurate and compliant with CMS regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather essential data and insights for bid development.
- Use statistical methods and actuarial techniques to assess risks and project future trends.
- Write and execute queries in SQL or other programming languages to extract and analyze data.
- Prepare and deliver detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, fostering their professional growth.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation (FSA or ASA is a plus).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medicare Bid analysis.
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare actuarial work.
- Strong proficiency in writing SQL queries or using other programming languages for data analysis.
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Completion of 4 or more exams of the Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation.
