Product Promoter

Position Overview
The Product Promoter will be responsible for enhancing brand awareness and driving sales by promoting products at various events, trade shows, and seminars. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with potential customers while providing demonstrations and information about our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote products and services at trade shows, seminars, and events
• Engage with customers to enhance brand awareness and drive sales
• Provide product demonstrations and answer customer inquiries
• Utilize various tools and technology, including iPads and smartphones, to support promotional activities
• Collect and manage customer data for follow-up and outreach
• Coordinate and attend training sessions to stay updated on product features and benefits
• Prepare reports on promotional activities and sales performance
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional strategies
• Support customer outreach initiatives to build relationships and drive referrals

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product promotion or sales roles
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to travel for trade shows and events
• Experience with database management and reporting
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of marketing and advertising strategies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments
