Role Overview:
Are you passionate about driving growth in a dynamic environment? We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to join our team, with a strong focus on increasing subscription revenue in a fast-paced, real estate-oriented startup. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in product management, successfully managing product adoption and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve growth targets. You will play a key role in aligning marketing, product marketing, and customer service teams to foster product adoption and reach subscription revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Subscription Growth: Take ownership of subscription revenue growth by creating and implementing effective strategies to enhance product adoption and customer retention.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Marketing, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on messaging, campaigns, and customer feedback.
Leverage Data and Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed to achieve growth objectives.
Enhance User Experience: Ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide ongoing support for product users while optimizing the product for better engagement.
Customer Liaison: Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring that customer feedback informs product improvements and innovations.
Documentation: Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and record key decisions from cross-functional meetings to facilitate project tracking and accountability.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
4-5 years of product management experience, specifically focused on product creation and managing subscription targets.
Proven success in a real estate product startup environment.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of growth initiatives.
Strong understanding of subscription revenue models, growth metrics, and driving product adoption.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in a remote or hybrid work setting.
Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:
Experience scaling product usage and understanding subscription revenue models.
Proven success managing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
Strong project management skills with the capability to coordinate teams toward common goals.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000
